confidential search
for an experienced
Associate Attorney
to join the team. This role is ideal for an employment litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow alongside some of the top trial attorneys in the country. Associate Attorney Benefits
Competitive Base Salary (commensurate with experience) Performance-Based Commission Plan Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance $500 Annual FSA Contribution 401(k) Ongoing Legal Workshops and In-House Training Bar Dues & MCLE Allowance Paid Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in both California and New York (dual-barred preferred; NY-only considered case-by-case basis) Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in employment law (plaintiff) Must submit writing samples as part of the application process Preferred Background & Skills
Trial or trial-preparation experience is a plus Comfortable working independently and managing high-volume caseloads Strong writing, research, and communication skills Handle a robust caseload of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and prepare cases for trial Engage in aggressive litigation strategy with an eye toward trial preparation and courtroom advocacy Collaborate with a dedicated support team of paralegals, legal assistants, and litigation specialists Why Join Us?
