Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Irvine, CA, is seeking an accomplished Litigation Attorney to join their team as a lateral candidate with a book of $1M+. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney to contribute significantly to the firm's success. Duties: Manage and lead litigation cases from inception to resolution. Develop and maintain a substantial book of business, with a minimum of $1M+. Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Provide legal advice and counseling to clients. Requirements: Lateral candidate with a proven book of business exceeding $1M. Substantial experience in litigation, with a track record of successful case outcomes. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills: Strong litigation and trial skills. Proven ability to generate and manage a significant book of business. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
