DISCLOSURE - MULTI-EMPLOYER ROLE: This W-2 hourly Certified Peer Recovery Specialist position includes responsibilities that span across the following three affiliated organizations, all under shared leadership: FOCUS #1 Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC FOCUS #2 Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program FOCUS #3 Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 2140 Druid Hill Avenue, LLC You will maintain separate W-2 employment relationships with each organization and will receive individual payroll compensation from each entity based on the time worked and services provided for their respective programs. This means you will be an official employee of all three companies, with hours, responsibilities, and compliance obligations tracked separately for each. This role is structured as an up to 24-hour per week position, with approximately 10.66 hours of the total weekly hours allocated to Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC, Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program and Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 2140 Druid Hill Avenue, LLC. While day-to-day supervision and scheduling will be coordinated centrally to support integrated care, each employer will manage its own onboarding, HR, and compliance processes in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies. This position is based on-site at the supportive housing program located at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC, Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program and Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 2140 Druid Hill Avenue, 21217, LLC. All services are to be delivered in person at this location. The staff member is expected to be present on-site during scheduled shifts, provide support within the residence, and ensure documentation and responsibilities are completed in alignment with program protocols. Remote work or off-site service delivery is not applicable for this role. Caseload Makeup:
The assigned caseload for this position consists of; twenty-two (22) Category A clients who reside in the community and may be serviced at 3310 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD, throughout the community, or in the community meeting room of Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC, Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program and Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 2140 Druid Hill Avenue, 21217.

Work Schedule & Compensation
WORK SCHEDULE : Every Thursday - Saturday from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM each day COMPENSATION RANGE:
Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $15.00 per hour, and is commensurate with experience, expertise, verified credentials, and available company budget.

General Duties & Responsibilities
Assist supervisor with work-related requests. Collaborate with and serve as program POC for external treatment providers and outside agencies as needed. Responsible for following regulations of COMAR, CARF, any other regulatory body, and company policies/ procedures related to service delivery and documentation and co-facilitating orientation of all new hires to these as well. Support the maintenance of a safe environment by participating in training and drills as requested. Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client’s treatment. Participate in external and internal audits/surveys (CARF/CSA/OHCQ) as directed by the supervisor. Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement plans by completing periodic audits or other activities to ensure regulatory compliance and/or improve service delivery.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED required Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) – Maryland certification required Certified Medication Technician (CMT) credential required CPR/First Aid Certification (or must obtain within 30 days of hire) Minimum 1 year experience in residential behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred Must pass criminal background check, drug screening, and health screening (including TB) Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
