Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 2140 Druid Hill Avenue, LLC You will maintain separate W-2 employment relationships with each organization and will receive individual payroll compensation from each entity based on the time worked and services provided for their respective programs. This means you will be an official employee of all two companies, with hours, responsibilities, and compliance obligations tracked separately for each. This role is structured as an up to 32-hour per week position, with approximately 10.66 hours of the total weekly hours allocated to Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC, Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program and Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 2140 Druid Hill Avenue, LLC. While day-to-day supervision and scheduling will be coordinated centrally to support integrated care, each employer will manage its own onboarding, HR, and compliance processes in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies. This position is based on-site at the supportive housing program locations associated with Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC; Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program; and Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 2140 Druid Hill Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21217. All services are to be delivered in person at these locations. The staff member is expected to be present on-site during scheduled shifts, provide support within the residence, and ensure documentation and responsibilities are completed in alignment with program protocols. Remote work or off-site service delivery is not applicable for this role. Caseload Makeup:

The assigned caseload for this position consists of twenty-two (22) Category A clients who reside in the community and may be serviced at 3310 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD, or in the community meeting rooms listed above. Division & Classification

DIVISION : Operations CLASSIFICATION : This is a full-time, W-2 employee position totaling 32 hours per week, with hours allocated across three affiliated organizations as follows: Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC — approximately 10.66 hours per week (33.33% of total) Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CWPRP) — approximately 10.66 hours per week (33.33% of total) Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 2140 Druid Hill Avenue, LLC — approximately 10.66 hours per week (33.33% of total) While each assignment is classified as part-time under its respective entity, the combined total constitutes a full-time, 32-hour per week role across the organization network. Work Schedule & Compensation

WORK SCHEDULE : Every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM each day COMPENSATION RANGE : This position pays between $25.00 and $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, credentials, and budget. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist supervisor with work-related requests. Collaborate with and serve as program POC for external treatment providers and outside agencies as needed. Follow regulations of COMAR, CARF, any other regulatory body, and company policies/procedures related to service delivery and documentation; co-facilitate orientation of all new hires to these as well. Support the maintenance of a safe environment by participating in training and drills as requested. Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client’s treatment. Participate in external and internal audits/surveys (CARF/CSA/OHCQ) as directed by the supervisor. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement plans by completing periodic audits or other activities to ensure regulatory compliance and/or improve service delivery. Physical Demands

SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Certified Peer Recovery Specialist provides recovery-based support, medication administration, and direct care to residents in a licensed residential treatment program. This role combines peer recovery, Certified Medication Technician (CMT), and House Manager responsibilities. Staff work under supervision and collaborate with clinical, medical, and administrative teams. Strong peer engagement, trauma-informed care, and adherence to model fidelity and treatment protocols are required. Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid certification; Maryland CPR/CPRS credentials as applicable Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) – Maryland certification required Certified Medication Technician (CMT) credential required Minimum 1 year experience in residential behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred Must pass background, drug, and health screenings Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
