Support players and assist with daily operations on the golf course and facilities. Organize and help coordinate events and tournaments. Deliver exceptional customer service, assist beginners, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Assist with golf operations, event planning, and customer engagement as needed to promote the game. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of relevant experience (or equivalent education). Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Knowledge of USGA rules, golf etiquette, and tournament software. Familiarity with cash handling and computerized registers. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Desire to affiliate with PGA/LPGA. Additional Details
Conditions of Employment:
A valid New Mexico driver's license will be required if a motor vehicle must be operated on the job. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer, pre-employment physical examination and medical history check.
