Salary: WPT Band 5 £29064 - £31022 (£25598 - £27323 pro‑rata)
Hours: 37 hours per week, term time including 5 additional days
Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities Supervise and support students within the Isolation Room, ensuring a calm and productive environment. Work with students who may present challenging behaviour, helping them to overcome obstacles to their learning. Build strong relationships with students and their families/guardians, responding effectively to individual needs. Implement and develop strategies to support students in achieving their learning goals. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date pupil records. Collaborate with external professionals, such as Speech Therapists and Physiotherapists, when necessary.
What We’re Looking For Excellent management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Compassionate and approachable, with the ability to form strong, positive relationships with students and their families. Enthusiastic about supporting pupils’ learning and development in a structured, supportive environment.
