For graduate courses: Earned doctorate/terminal degree in the discipline or a related discipline. UNC Charlotte considers the highest earned degree, along with related experience, licensure, awards, and demonstrated teaching effectiveness. Responsibilities include: Developing/updating course syllabus Preparing lectures, projects, and assignments Meeting scheduled class times Maintaining office hours Grading assignments and exams timely Submitting progress reports and final grades per university regulations Applicants should upload a cover letter, CV, unofficial transcripts, and references. Finalists will undergo background checks and must provide official transcripts.
