JOB LOCATION:

POSITION:
Research Associate Scientist, Immuno-Oncology Biology (ODDU)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement in vivo experiments focusing on efficacy, PK, and MOA studies in syngeneic, xenograft, and PDX models.
Perform standard and complex in vivo procedures including dosing all routes, tissue necropsy, tumor inoculation, and tumor measurements.
Analyze, interpret, and present comprehensive technical or project data reports to key stakeholders.
Collaborate externally with CROs and establish new protocols.
Conduct immunoassays, including flow cytometry, cytotoxicity assays, MSD assays, and Western blotting.
Maintain laboratory notebooks and follow laboratory practices in compliance.
Contribute to IND report and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Animal Science, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field, plus 3 years of related experience.
OR Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Animal Science, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field, plus 5 years of related experience.
Experience developing in vivo mouse models and executing in vivo animal work including tumor inoculation, T cell dose preparation and administration, tumor measurement, tissue collection, and ex vivo tissue processing.
Proficiency in multi-color flow cytometry and data analysis of tumor tissues, tumor cell lines, and human T cells.
Ability to conduct immunoassays including cytotoxicity assays, repeat stimulation assay, and MSD assay.
Mentor, train, and assist team members in laboratory techniques and procedures.
Maintain tumor cell line and human primary cell culture and conduct DNA/RNA extraction and PCR.
FULL TIME.
$108,800 to $179,600 per year. Up to 20% remote work allowed.
