This is not a traditional Sales Ops job. As our
Generative AI Sales Operations Manager , you’ll design and lead a GenAI-first sales operations function from the ground up. That means experimenting, prototyping, and scaling AI agents across every corner of sales: new business, outreach, expansion, enablement, and data intelligence. Your mission: build a next-generation operational engine that frees humans from low-value work, uses agents to surface insights and opportunities in real time, and constantly redefines what “sales operations” even means in an AI-driven era. If Generative AI isn’t top of mind for you, this is not the role. What You’ll Do
Build a GenAI-First Sales Ops Org : Architect a sales infrastructure where agents and automation are the backbone, not the afterthought. Agent Development & Deployment : Prototype and implement AI agents to transform lead routing, outreach personalization, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and expansion workflows. HubSpot + AI Ownership : Own HubSpot CRM and augment it with GenAI integrations that make data entry obsolete and insights instant. Experimentation & Innovation : Run continuous experiments with the latest GenAI applications and frameworks; move successful pilots into production across the sales org. Data-Driven Intelligence : Use AI to analyze signals across trials, usage, and GTM data to surface revenue opportunities and drive decision-making. Cross-Functional Impact : Partner with marketing, product, finance, and CS to embed agents into the broader GTM strategy. What You’ll Need to Thrive
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields within B2B SaaS. Deep familiarity with Generative AI agents: how to design, build, evaluate, and deploy them in real workflows. Proven track record implementing automation and AI in sales environments — not just using tools, but shaping how they’re applied. HubSpot expertise (admin-level preferred), with a knack for bending it to your will using AI integrations. Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, KPIs, and dashboards — plus the ability to train AI systems to spot patterns humans miss. Your Journey with Guidde
