Benefits Company parties Competitive salary Signing bonus Training & development Bonus based on performance Company car Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Job Responsibilities Contacts customers before and after service to ensure satisfaction and develop prospects Develops new sales leads in assigned verticals Builds relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other key contacts Enhances product knowledge and sales techniques Prepares documents for client reviews Reports on referral-source relationships weekly and monthly Participates in collections efforts when necessary Resolves customer issues Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred 1-2 years in Disaster Restoration; IICRC Certifications preferred Sales experience or training is desirable Valid Driver's License Excellent communication and customer service skills Motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to build rapport and trust Effective presentation skills Basic math skills Willingness to travel regionally and attend events outside normal hours Skilled in social media and web-based sales tools Physical Demands & Working Conditions Includes lifting up to 20 pounds, long periods of sitting, repetitive motions, and working in various indoor environments. Reasonable accommodations are available. Additional Information Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year. This franchise is independently owned; applications go directly to the franchisee.
