Contacts customers before and after service to ensure satisfaction and develop prospects. Prospects and develops new sales leads in assigned verticals. Creates, manages, and maintains relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other key contacts. Builds product knowledge and refines sales techniques. Prepares documents for client reviews. Reports on referral-source relationships weekly and monthly. Participates in collections efforts when necessary. Resolves customer issues. Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 1-2 years experience in Disaster Restoration; IICRC Certifications preferred. Sales experience or training is a plus but not required. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills. Motivated with a strong work ethic and sales aptitude. Ability to build rapport and trust. Effective presentation skills. Basic math skills for sales calculations. Willingness to travel locally and regionally. Availability for outside of traditional hours for networking and events. Skilled in social media and web-based sales tools. Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Includes lifting up to 20 pounds, prolonged sitting, and visual tasks. Work environment varies and accommodations can be made for disabilities. Additional Notes
