Act as a liaison and representative of the resident’s social interests and to assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Social Services department. In accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed as the administrator, to ensure that the medically related emotional and social services needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis.
