Deburr/Material Handler

Position Overview:
This position is responsible for cleaning, deburring of sharp edges stamping and engraving of part numbers, and other relevant information required on our components.
Job Responsibilities: Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, interoperates, and executes per previous to finish workpieces Deburring of parts Clean and wash finished parts as required Install protective covering of components as directed May perform any other work-related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate supervisor Core Qualifications:
High school diploma 6 months' experience in a shop environment Must have good mechanical aptitude and be able to lift 50 lb's Close attention and care is required to prevent damage to costly parts Must be able to read basic shop routings and blueprints and follow detailed verbal instructions Must be proficient or develop proficiency in the use of hand tools i.e. files, deburr knifes, scrapers hammer and stencils Must be proficient in the use of power tools both air and electric to finish components Skills & Abilities
Ability to read blueprints and shop routings Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy Works well meeting multiple deadline with the ability to deliver on time
