Pay Range Base pay: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Lead a high‑functioning BOH team
Manage food and labor costs to maximize profitability
Ensure DOH standards are always followed
Execute culinary skills to the highest standards
Maintain thorough knowledge of food handling practices
Understand financial implications of operational decisions
Order products and schedule labor within budget
Build and lead a strong BOH team
Possess basic computer and written communication skills
Organize, prioritize, and anticipate needs
Communicate effectively with crew and management
Have a sense of humor
Must be at least 18 years old
Qualifications
Experience as a sous chef or kitchen manager
Leadership and coaching ability
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
Ability to analyze and control food costs
Strong organizational and communication skills
