What to Expect: Working closely with the RUCKUS field sales teams and management to identify goals that will grow RUCKUS’s business and position RUCKUS’s solutions for new business to end users through our ecosystem of partners, including Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, and Integrators, via telephone sales and scheduled in-field visits. You Will Make an Impact By: Interacting energetically with field sales and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and often leading the process to completion. Applying new business/project publications, both print and digital, to qualify leads and forwarding them appropriately. Using RUCKUS’ internal resources for product expediting, pricing, technical support, etc., to meet customer expectations. Utilizing CRM tools for opportunity management and account planning. Champions of implementing the RUCKUS Sales Methodology. Applying creative thinking to identify new markets and opportunities, positioning RUCKUS as the preferred solution. Following up on inbound leads and executing outbound call campaigns, including cold calling. Overcoming objections from prospective customers. Developing and qualifying sales opportunities through research and outreach. Maintaining and growing our database via D365 and SFDC. Ensuring follow-up with calls to action and complete profiling of customer information. Handling inbound calls and converting them into sales leads. Required Qualifications: A completed bachelor’s degree, equivalent military experience, or at least two years of sales experience. You Will Excite Us If You: Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Show innovation through unique ideas and propose them to the team. Are willing to travel occasionally for customer and partner meetings. Have experienced the benefits of data-driven, purposeful coaching (via sports, arts, business, or other pursuits). Perks & Benefits: The candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, and participation in the Company’s Sales Incentive Plan.
