Account Manager, Inside Sales

based in Charlotte, NC. What to Expect: Working closely with the RUCKUS field sales teams and management to identify goals that will grow RUCKUS’s business and position RUCKUS’s solutions for new business to end users through our ecosystem of partners including Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, and Integrators through telephone sales and scheduled in-field visits. You Will Make an Impact By: Interacting with field sales and partners to discuss project opportunities and leading efforts to see opportunities through to completion. Qualifying new business leads via publications and forwarding them appropriately. Using RUCKUS’ internal resources for product expediting, pricing, and technical support to meet customer expectations. Applying CRM for opportunity management and account planning. Implementing the RUCKUS Sales Methodology. Identifying new opportunities and positioning RUCKUS as the preferred solution. Following up on inbound leads and executing outbound call campaigns. Overcoming customer objections. Developing and delivering sales opportunities. Maintaining and growing our database via D365 and SFDC. Ensuring timely follow-up with calls to action and complete profiles. Handling inbound calls and converting them into sales leads. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, military experience, or two years of sales experience. Preferred Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills Innovative thinking and proposal skills Willingness to travel occasionally Experience with data-driven coaching Self-motivation and drive for success Perks & Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including paid vacation, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and participation in the Sales Incentive Plan.
