Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management – Build consultative relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and act as a trusted advisor on marketing plans. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Partner with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, CRE trends, and your market territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support, provide market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve goals. Travel – Build relationships through regular in-person meetings; travel by car and may extend beyond the office driving radius. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications – A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is essential. Experience – 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial services, business intelligence, or data & analytics. Credentials – Valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of Driving Record/Abstract check prior to start. Additional – Demonstrated commitment to prior employers; proven track record of exceeding sales targets in customer-focused environments. Preferred Qualifications
Experience building long-term relationships with senior/C-Suite clients; ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Regular access to an operational vehicle prior to or by start date; flexible and adaptable to a high-growth environment. Self-starter with the ability to work in a team and independently.
