Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Your success will rely on building long-lasting, service-focused, customer relationships, advising on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy, and highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytics and reporting tools.

You will leverage CoStar Group’s deep knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends, and conducting effective product demonstrations. New Sales Executives receive extensive classroom and field training to build market credibility and achieve career success, while learning digital marketing and sales from internal experts.

Note: This role is on-site in our CoStar Group office in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Use consultative sales methods to build relationships with clients, drive advertising revenue, and act as a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.

Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.

Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.

Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends in your territory.

Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication, market insights, and solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

Travel – Build strong client relationships through regular in-person meetings, which may require travel by car and travel outside the driving radius of the office location.

Basic Qualifications

Completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a focus on customer experience.

Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to build long-term relationships and partner with clients at senior/C-suite levels.

Strong data analytics skills to build reports and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.

Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.

Flexibility and adaptability in a high-growth environment; self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
