Relationship Management – Use consultative sales methods to build relationships with clients, drive advertising revenue, and act as a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Collaborate with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate trends, and your market territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding client support, provide market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Travel – Build strong client relationships through in-person meetings, which may require travel by car beyond the driving radius of the office location. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial services, business intelligence, or data & analytics. Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a focus on customer experience. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to build long-term relationships with senior/C-Suite clients, analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
