Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process. Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management. Qualifications
Have a solid background in sales management, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry. Possess exceptional leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others. Are results-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance. Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role, with a track record of success. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to reach their goals. Benefits
