Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated
Sales Account Manager
to join a global technology-driven company.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. This is a dynamic position where you can make a direct impact by combining strategic sales initiatives with hands-on account management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business with both existing and new clients Identify customer needs and provide tailored product and service solutions Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and understand client budgets and purchasing cycles Manage end-to-end sales processes, including proposals, contracts, and order fulfillment Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, development, support, QA) to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction Oversee projects within assigned accounts, ensuring timely communication and smooth execution Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to marketing campaigns and product direction Provide regular updates, reports, and maintain consistent communication with clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management Industry background in high-tech, capital equipment, or wafer tool processing companies is a strong plus At least 3 years of managerial experience, including team leadership, delegation, and performance monitoring Proven track record in technical sales and territory growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and teams
