Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Payouts Sales Specialist to join our Global Enterprise team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
About The Team Our Payouts organization spans Product, Strategy, Commercialization, and Sales. As a Sales Specialist, you'll collaborate across departments and geographies, working closely with commercial leads to drive adoption and scale growth.
What You’ll Do We’re seeking Payouts experts to drive adoption of our global solutions—Push to Account, Push to Card, and Push to Wallet—across our existing customer base of approximately 1 million. As a Payout Sales Specialist, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert, boosting product sales and uncovering new growth opportunities.
Partnering with the Commercialization, Strategy, and Sales teams, you’ll identify prospects within existing and new logo accounts, lead strategic engagements, and grow your pipeline through referrals and self-sourced leads.
Drive sales of Worldpay’s Payout solutions: Push to Account, Card, and Wallet
Partner with internal Sales teams to uncover new opportunities and lead client engagements
Generate and nurture leads through referrals, collaboration, and outbound efforts
Own the full sales cycle using Salesforce, from prospecting to close and implementation
Represent Worldpay at industry events and conferences
Provide regular reporting on performance metrics and pipeline progress
What You Bring
Deep knowledge of global Payouts and FX, especially cross-border applications
Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales, with a consultative approach and proven success solving business problems
Comfort engaging senior stakeholders (C-suite and business owners)
Experience with technology and payment solutions is a strong plus
Proficiency with Salesforce and pipeline management

Compensation and Benefits Worldpay offers a competitive salary range of $136,000 - $224,500, depending on skills, experience, and location. The position is eligible for commission.
