Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive, High-Net-Worth
Location: New York, NY (REMOTE) Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Our client, an established Top 50 P&C insurance broker, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive, High-Net-Worth. This position is open due to growth and reports to the New York, NY office. Occasional travel to clients and NY office. Must have a degree (AA or BA/BS) to be considered. Reviews client exposures, loss experience and current coverage; recommends appropriate products and services. Presents clients with accurate market data to advise on complex risk. Familiarity with high-net-worth carriers (e.g., Chubb, AIG, Zurich, Cincinnati, PURE). Communicates client risk salutation and binding instructions to carriers. Develops complete client information and applications for new and renewal business; markets to carriers and prepares proposals. Serves as main point of contact for the client. Follows up with underwriters to answer questions and solicit quotes for new business. Negotiates premiums, coverages, terms, and conditions for prospective clients. Addresses client questions; provides guidance on coverage changes and contractual requirements; educates on exclusions and exposures. Assists with the strategic design of insurance plans with little to no supervision. Strategically assists in the remarketing of renewals to ensure a high level of account retention. Oversees the preparation of proposals for the client, including submissions, loss evaluations and risk analysis to ensure timely and accurate quotations and policies. Determines and communicates various options for billing and invoicing. Education and Qualifications
Must have either an AA or BA/BS degree to be considered. Active Property & Casualty License. High level of technical insurance knowledge, is organized, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to cast vision, develop effective strategies and tactics, and create positive motivation for business segment colleagues.
