Job Summary The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the growth of SIMFLO Vertical and Submersible Turbine products. Work with the Sales Management and SIMFLO distributors to achieve maximum market penetration and sales of SIMFLO products. The employee will work closely with SIMFLO reps and distributors to increase sales of pump, motor & controls products. Comprehensive understanding of Municipal, Industrial and Commercial markets within the region. Provide Information & Assistance to the Product Development / Marketing departments on New Product Releases.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a Go to Market Plan with each SIMFLO Distributor and/or Rep. The plan must include Distributor and/or Representative Goals, Targeted Accounts, Travel Time Required and Growth Targets.
Deliver orders and sales targets versus budgets. Work with Rep/distributor to increase Sales & Market Share of products in territory and region. Open new Representation where and when necessary.
Travel with Representative and/or Distributor Personnel to Train and help grow SIMFLO Product Sales.
Work directly or indirectly with specifying engineers to specify and list SIMFLO products as the base of design.
Maintain Large Project funnel with coordination and updates from channels.
Keep Management advised of competitors’ activities in Territory / Region.
Make prospecting calls to distributors, representatives, engineers, and EPC firms.
Attend appropriate trade shows and related events to expand market knowledge of products and trends.
Ability to Coach, Strong Work Ethics, Risk‑Taker, Accountable, Manage by Prevention, Distributor Conflicts, Timely submittal of required reports, Organization, Able to make Decisions, Ability to Work Independently.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 Years Pump Sales Experience
Channel Management and Sales Territory Management Experience required
Good communication, organization skills, and computer literacy,
Thorough knowledge of consultative/value‑based selling.
Strong leadership skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Travel In order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position, travel will be required (typically 60%).
