What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide technical sales support to maximize sales growth of Henkel’s General Industrial Adhesives Business within the Miami area

Identify and develop customer value propositions by matching their needs with adhesive solutions

Train and motivate Authorized Industrial Distributors to effectively sell LOCTITE brand products

Prospect for new business while managing existing customer relationships and addressing manufacturing needs

Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure excellent customer experience and drive sustainable growth

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Industrial sales experience is a plus

Strong manufacturing and MRO sales experience desired

Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload effectively

Confident presenting in group settings
