Develop and manage strong relationships with key commercial property brokers across the UK. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base. Proactively engage with brokers, presenting our services and highlighting their value proposition. Cold calling Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity. Contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning initiatives. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity. Requirements

Proven track record of success in commercial real estate brokerage within the UK market. Strong network of established relationships with commercial property brokers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong understanding of the commercial real estate landscape in the UK. Benefits
