Position Overview The Market Manager, Georgia is responsible for driving sales, distribution, and brand visibility across a major metropolitan territory in one of the country’s top spirits markets. With a focus on developing and maintaining High Value Accounts (HVA), this role ensures execution of the Stoli Group trade promotional calendar, builds strong distributor partnerships, and supports local brand activations to drive consumer trial and awareness. This role requires strong on- and off-premise sales expertise, distributor management skills, and the ability to deliver executional excellence in a fast-paced and highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities High Value Account Development & Maintenance (50%)

Build and maintain strong relationships with key HVA accounts across on- and off-premise channels.

Secure menu placements, floor displays, features, and promotional activations to grow visibility and sales of Stoli products.

Ensure consistent brand standards and execution across designated accounts.

Work directly with distributor representatives to drive execution in-market, ensuring that Stoli objectives are prioritized within the distributor’s portfolio.

Conduct regular “work-withs” alongside distributor reps to educate, train, and motivate them to sell and support Stoli products.

Organize and attend distributor team meetings to align on priorities and communicate execution standards.

Event Activations, Promotions & PR Support (15%)

Execute local event activations and consumer-facing promotions in partnership with marketing and distributor teams.

Support HVA initiatives designed to increase consumer trial, brand awareness, and premium positioning in the Atlanta market.

Collaborate with PR and brand ambassadors to maximize event impact and brand visibility.

Administrative Reporting & Systems Management (10%)

Maintain and update Karma (CRM) with accurate account, sales, and executional data.

Submit timely weekly and monthly reporting on sales activities, distributor performance, and market trends.

Provide feedback and actionable insights to regional leadership and cross-functional teams. Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of sales experience in the spirits, wine, or beverage alcohol industry (on- and off-premise).

Proven track record of managing High Value Accounts and delivering sales growth in competitive metropolitan markets.

Experience managing distributor teams and building strong working relationships with distributor representatives.Strong understanding of trade marketing and event activation execution.Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in CRM systems (Karma experience a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Must be based in Los Angeles with ability to travel locally and regionally as required.Account Ownership: Takes full responsibility for growing key accounts and ensuring executional excellence.Distributor Influence: Skilled at motivating distributor teams to prioritize Stoli brands.Executional Discipline: Ensures promotional programs and events are flawlessly implemented.Market Agility: Able to identify local opportunities and adapt strategies to maximize results.Communication: Clear, consistent, and effective in both internal and external interactions.
