Overview
As a Sales Development Representative you will be a key contributor to our enterprise wide sales initiative. We are looking for someone with a proven track record and hunger for success in our industry. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging lasting relationships with our customers. What You’ll Do
Take ownership of nurturing and cultivating relationships with prospects throughout their journey, from initial contact to post-sale support. Create a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting to ensure a steady flow of activity and opportunities for our sales team. Employ various strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets using outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques. Communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our RV products and services. Utilize provided scripts and talking points for initiating and receiving phone calls. Proactively make 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the objective of scheduling sales appointments. Use the CRM system to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for efficient follow-up and tracking. Stay up-to-date with ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions. Align efforts with marketing initiatives to leverage their impact on lead generation and sales conversion. Regularly track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements. Be receptive to coaching and work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success. Contribute to customer satisfaction by helping to proactively manage online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure total department alignment and a seamless journey from initial contact to sale. VinSolutions experience is a plus. What You Need to Have for the Role
Clear and concise written and verbal communication Results driven and motivated for sales Excellent customer service Ability to manage responsibilities with time management to reach goals Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills Prior CRM experience and being computer savvy Previous sales experience is a plus May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $22,000 - $64,000 which includes commission and overtime variable pay. Full-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k and more. Part-time associates are offered access to dental & vision coverage.
