Overview
The Associate Account Manager (AAM) is embedded within a centralized AAM Unit in the Risk Solutions Practice and will spend the first twelve months at Lockton participating in various training programs to build technical coverage acumen and learn insurance brokering. The accelerated program is broken into three phases to foster a broad range of learning experiences, including direct partnership with performance coaches to develop the skills needed for success. The AAM will receive meaningful feedback during the program and undergo coverage assessments, projects, and present on case studies to confirm proficiency and competency. AAMs work alongside multiple members of the account team in client consulting to meet risk management needs and positively impact the work we do for our clients. Expected contributions Successfully completes Lockton Coverage Training Program (Phase 1, 1B and Phase 2) Delivers transactional excellence and provides outstanding customer service in support of the broader account team Assists with daily client servicing encompassing strong client and carrier communication Partners with account teams during the client service cycle and proactively completes all AAM tasks to meet deadlines Collaborates with various Lockton units to achieve well-executed results Upholds standards of excellence in line with Lockton’s operating procedures by adhering to standardized policies, processes, and systems Demonstrates organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads to meet time-sensitive deadlines Communicates in a professional manner to contribute to a cohesive, pleasant work environment, both internally and externally Protects the confidentiality of information learned by performing the duties of the position Shows a commitment to professional growth in the commercial insurance industry by completing relevant classes and workshops Handles special projects as assigned Compensation and Benefits
Compensation and Benefits Lockton Companies LLC is committed to offering competitive pay and benefits and complies with all relevant state/local pay transparency laws. The entry base salary offered for this opportunity may vary, and is contingent upon candidate education, skills, abilities, essential competencies, experience, professional designations, unique qualifications, and geographic location.
