Partner with account team on new business and renewal servicing including (but not limited to) gathering/analyzing client exposures, loss information, and preparing submissions needed for program placement. Review quotes, participate in renewal negotiations with carriers, and client proposal presentation meetings as assigned Provide support on key client post renewal deliverables Execute all changes requested on the program during the policy term Review insurance requirements within contracts as requested by clients Be an integral part of day-to-day client servicing encompassing strong client consulting and carrier communication Participate in various initiatives that support achievement of growth goals within the team Deliver standards of excellence in line with Lockton’s operating procedures by adhering to standardized policies, processes, and systems Qualifications

Minimum 3 – 5 years of Commercial Insurance Brokering experience Ability to represent the practice and Lockton with integrity and professionalism at all times Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with Associates, Producers, and clients at all levels of responsibility Lifelong learner who is excited by a challenge and looking for consistent personal and professional growth Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Strong customer service and project management skills Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Legal right to work in the United States
