Purpose of Position The Regional Learning Specialist for the DCBS Employee Training Program ( RSL ) will welcome and register new DCBS hires in TRIS, manage participant registrations in TRIS, provide technical assistance to new hires through in-person NEO - ICBS trainings in designated areas.

RSL will also manage records and reports in collaboration with the IHI RSL Manager and attend personnel and reporting meetings as required. Occasionally, depending on demand, RSLs may assist with or manage special training requests.

Primary Responsibilities

TRIS registration for DCBS new hires

Technical assistance and training programs for new hires

Tracking and reporting on short-term outcomes and long-term goals; assisting with report writing

State, regional, and IHI personnel and reporting meetings

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and four years of experience

Experience with TRIS, Microsoft Office, myNKU/SAP, computer lab/classroom, and basic office equipment

Will need to occasionally travel in the Commonwealth for DCBS meetings

Any candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law
