Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of sales experience or training required; for candidates with 3+ years of elevator sales experience, bachelor's degree preferred.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred.

Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevators strongly preferred.

Sales Representative - Modernization

in

Raleigh, NC .

This role involves successfully bidding and securing modernization contracts, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring modernization and/or H-Power jobs are completed profitably while achieving branch revenue goals.

Essential Job Functions:

Coordinate with architects, general contractors, TKE operations, consultants, building managers, and owners in pre-bidding modernization jobs. Build strong customer relationships and stay informed about market projects and competitors.

Maintain knowledge of company products through training, studying manuals, and understanding local elevator codes.

Create quotes and bids by obtaining blueprints, conducting site surveys, reviewing specifications, and collaborating with operations to ensure profitability.

Demonstrate technical knowledge of H-Power features and develop sales strategies to communicate modernization offerings.

Present bids to customers, explaining cost factors and product characteristics.

Partner with operations to negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW) and collaborate with support and legal teams as needed.

Develop capital plans for customers to meet their building needs.

Coordinate submission packages and create change orders upon customer approval.

Visit project sites, attend customer meetings, and work with operations to meet customer needs and deadlines.

Use CRM tools to manage and update the sales pipeline.
