TK Elevator in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced

Sales Representative - Modernization . Responsible for bidding and securing modernization contracts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. This role is essential in ensuring modernization and/or H-Power jobs are completed profitably while driving branch annual revenue goals. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Work in coordination with architects, general contractors, TKE operations team, consultants, building managers and/or owners in the pre-bidding of modernization projects. Build strong customer relationships and maintain market awareness of projects and competitors. Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products by attending training classes and studying factory equipment manuals and supplier information. Develop knowledge of local elevator code requirements. Create quoting and bidding packages by obtaining blueprints, attending job walks and conducting onsite surveys of proposed modernization. Review specs and labor with operations to ensure completeness and profitability for the branch. Demonstrate technical knowledge of beneficial H-Power features. Determine customer needs and develop sales strategies to communicate H-Power modernization offerings. Present bids to customers and explain cost factors, emphasizing characteristics such as construction, performance, durability and appearance of equipment. Partner with the operations team to negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW); collaborate with contract administrator, sales support and legal as required. Develop capital plans for customers to address their short- and long-term building needs. Coordinate submittal packages through the approval process and create change orders as requested after customer acceptance. Visit project sites and attend customer meetings as needed; work with operations to ensure customer needs and deadlines are met. Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to update and manage the sales pipeline. Education & Experience

1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience Bachelor’s Degree Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint drawings is preferred Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevators is strongly preferred How to Apply
