Outside Sales Representative – South GA/Jacksonville Lowcountry Paver

We serve professional contractors, landscape designers, architects, and homeowners with unmatched product quality, dependable service, and deep regional knowledge. As we expand into new territories, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us grow our footprint in Jacksonville and South Georgia. Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with hardscape and landscape contractors, dealers, and design professionals in Jacksonville, FL and the surrounding South Georgia region. This individual will be responsible for growing territory sales, supporting preferred installers, and promoting the Lowcountry Paver brand with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and grow market share in the Jacksonville and South Georgia territories.
Identify and develop relationships with contractors, dealers, and landscape architects.
Provide product knowledge, technical guidance, and support to customers and prospects.
Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads through site visits, cold outreach, trade events, and referrals.
Conduct product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and on-site trainings.
Represent Lowcountry Paver at local industry events, home shows, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with internal customer service and logistics teams to ensure smooth ordering and delivery experiences.
Track territory performance, maintain CRM records, and report regularly on progress to leadership.
Qualifications: 3+ years of sales experience in the building materials, landscape supply, or hardscape industry preferred.
Knowledge of pavers, retaining walls, or outdoor living design a strong plus.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing a territory.
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and mobile communication apps.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
