Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1–2 IT support to multiple clients across various industries Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Windows OS, PC hardware, and user devices Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, and network equipment Support and manage Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Azure AD environments Deliver AV support for client meeting rooms, video conferencing setups, and presentation systems Provide remote and on-site desktop, laptop, and printer support Configure and support network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi) Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex problems or assist in project work Maintain accurate documentation of client systems and support activities Ensure adherence to SLAs and high levels of client satisfaction Key Skills & Experience

2–4 years of IT support experience (ideally in an MSP or multi-client environment) Proficient in supporting Microsoft 365/Office 365, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint Hands-on experience with PC hardware, printers, and peripherals Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016+, and basic server administration Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic PowerShell scripting Familiar with networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) systems – Zoom, Teams Rooms, projectors, etc. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities across multiple clients MSP background or experience with RMM/PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, Atera) Experience with Azure, Intune, or MDM solutions CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft certifications Salary
