In this Job You Will Work under general supervision to represent supply chain onsite as the program value stream focal point for coordinating and communicating procurement and subcontractor supplier status.
Represent supply chain in internal daily and escalation meetings IPT reviews on programs and site status, as pertaining to supply chain, including execution issues and any other items that may impact ability to deliver.
Collaborate with internal functions, including Program, Operations, Quality and Engineering to ensure requirements are met in accordance with internal customer needs and to NG policies and procedures.
Collaborate with buyers, supplier performance and supplier quality to understand systemic or major issues at suppliers that require coordination with site functions.
Utilize standard processes and templates to assess and provide input on impact, risks, and opportunities of proposals.
Act as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) and lead Earn Value Management System (EVMS) -driven activities for material reporting.
Present to NG director level management and the program customer on GSC actions and supply chain health of program.
Basic Qualifications for Principal Level 3 Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five years’ experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Management, Proposals, Resource Planning, Program Management, Program Scheduling.
OR
a Master's Degree and 3 years’ experience in the same fields; Will consider a minimum of 9 years’ experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
Experience managing programs with earned Value (EV).
Experience with ERP systems/tools.
Must be able to acquire and maintain DoD Secret Security clearance.
Must be able to acquire and maintain program special accesses (as needed).
US Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications for Principal Level 3 Experience with NGC Global Supply Chain, Business Development, and/or Manufacturing/Operations.
Experience in using MRP systems for material and finance data analysis.
Experience with forecasting material receipts and sales dollars into COGNOS.
Knowledge of Federal and Defense contracting requirements including ITAR and FAR/DFARS.
Experience with cost accounting management (CAM).
Experience managing suppliers through cost/schedule/quality.
Basic Qualifications for Sr Principal Level 4 Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of eight years’ experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Management, Proposals, Resource Planning, Program Management, Program Scheduling.
OR
a Master's Degree and 4+ years’ experience in the same fields; Will consider a minimum of 12 years’ experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
Experience managing programs with earned Value (EV).

Salary Range:
$87,000 - $130,600 Salary Range 2:
$108,400 - $162,600 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
