Senior Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist – San Diego, CA Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Senior Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join the F‑35 Program in San Diego, CA. This position is onsite/hybrid; remote arrangements are not available. In this role you will support the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization, lead program efforts, and collaborate with program managers, contracts, operations, business management, quality, and engineering. What You’ll Get to Do:

Develop supply chain strategy and lead activities for GSC in all phases of the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process (BAP), working with program and other cross‑functional team members from requirements establishment through final material deliveries Manage the GSC scope for multifaceted program(s), proposal through close‑out; coordinate inter‑departmental activity, facilitate internal/external team communication, coordinate with suppliers, and integrate efforts across all GSC functions Coordinate cross‑functionally (with all program functions) to ensure supply chain commitments are established, accomplished and that appropriate integrated mitigation or opportunity plans are developed and executed Lead supply chain execution and be accountable for horizontal and vertical integration, resource planning, material cost, Earned Value Management, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity and issue management, supplier performance, and issue resolution Demonstrate problem‑solving skills in supply chain, business management, operations, logistics, engineering, or program management Regularly brief the GSC Program Management team and program leadership on GSC activity status and issues affecting program performance: Cost, risks and opportunities, and schedule Will be involved in special projects and continuous improvement activities Mentor other team members on procedural best practices with an eye for maximum cost/schedule/performance efficiencies Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience, or Master’s Degree with at least 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Program/Project Management, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field Direct experience working in Supply Chain / Logistics Experience with SAP or similar Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system(s) Experience in working with or in the areas of supplier financial reporting/forecasting, contracting/subcontracting, or supplier/program/product scheduling Experience with or in-depth knowledge of Federal and Defense Contracting requirements including FAR/DFARS/ITAR US Citizenship Ability to obtain a secret clearance Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree Significant experience with SAP or similar Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system(s) Highly proficient level of experience with Excel and ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills Proficiency in Earned Value Management methodology and subject matter Control Account Manager (CAM) certification Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization Demonstrated ability to influence team members, interact with peers and all levels of management in the organization What We Can Offer You –

Primary Level Salary Range: $113,500.00 - $170,300.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
