Supervise the Bell Staff in greeting and escorting guests, transporting luggage, and familiarizing guests with their rooms. Ensure outstanding guest service and support hotel operations by: Greet and escort guests to and from their rooms Transport guest luggage Inspect rooms and inform guests of features Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests Organize and store luggage appropriately Supervise and develop team members, including scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations Recruit and train new team members Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local area, and policies Assist with equipment maintenance and appearance Qualifications and Values
