Overview
Our UniQue Team is growing and we are looking for a Project Manager to join us in the planning, execution and monitoring of IT projects in the Banking Sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards of complex projects. This role requires autonomy in managing multiple stakeholders, teams, and vendors while ensuring quality, timeline, and budget compliance. Responsibilities
Manage cross-functional project teams for complex, large scale IT projects. Liaise with clients and third parties/vendors to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. Perform risk management to analyze risks and opportunities. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Provide clear status reporting, presentations, and communications to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with business objectives, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Verify the quality of the projects’ deliverables. Monitor the financial figures and the P&L of the projects by using tools such as Timesheet, SAP, Budget etc. Ensure project documentation, plans and reports. Coach and guide the project team. Provide on the job training to colleagues. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). More than 8 years of experience in IT project management. PM Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Project Plan 365, Confluence). Hands-on experience with all stages of the system development life cycle (SDLC). Proven track record of delivering IT projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Solid understanding of payment technologies and financial systems. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. What we offer
