We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Bid Manager to join our Presales & Bid Management team.

What will you be bringing to the team? In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full bid lifecycle, in the proposal preparation, providing deep insights and developing tailored solutions and delivery methods to meet tender requirements. Also, coordinates with internal and external technical and business teams, in a bid management responsibility, to create an integrated offer of higher complexity.
For the Bid Manager position, we expect you to:
Lead presales bid engagements by gathering tender requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and deliver complex technical presentations, and workshops to senior stakeholders, as well as responses to RfP/RfI/RfQs and market consultations.
Participate actively in relationships with key partners and subcontractors to enhance proposal content.
Lead technical aspects of RFP responses in a bid management role, including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.
Coordinate inputs from multiple teams, product management and engineering teams to create customized solutions, or technical delivery teams for the respective services.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research.

Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or other relative discipline, Master’s is preferred.
5+ years of proven experience in Bid Management, Presales or technical consulting, with familiarity with public procurement processes and government tenders.
Proven ability to understand and deliver complex technical solutions and/or implementation of related projects, or experience in high level Project Governance and implementation team architecture.
Experience with high-level solution architecture and design.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to structure complex information into clear, results-oriented proposals.
Ability to mentor a team of presales engineers.
Ability to perform under strict deadlines.
Exceptional time management and organization skills, with a strong attention to details.
Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal).
