**Role Overview:** The Sourcing Strategist/Senior Buyer will assist the Senior Director of Supply Chain with sourcing and purchasing of materials, driving continuous internal procurement improvement, supplier performance, and relationship management.**A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role:** **What You Bring to this Role:**
5+ years of experience in purchasing and supply chain roles, in a manufacturing environment (chemical manufacturing preferred).Experience with ERP systems and skilled in Material Management modules (MRP/Purchasing).You’re a detail-oriented self-starter with strong procurement and communication skillsYou have cross-functional collaborative experience and an aptitude to build strong rapport and positive/professional working relationshipsYou have an ability to work well under pressure and in situations requiring a strong sense of urgency**Compensation and Benefits:**In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $102,800 - $144,020. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
