Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople Coach salespeople on closing deals and provide mentorship to improve performance Set sales goals, monitor progress, and lead the team to achieve and surpass quotas Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully Explain product features, performance, and benefits to customers Describe optional equipment and accessories available for purchase Deliver high-quality, professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations Overcome objections, close sales, and follow all steps of the sales process according to standards Support the sales staff through training and assist in closing deals Qualifications
Previous dealership and management experience Strong leadership and training skills High energy and enthusiasm during sales activities Goal-oriented with a friendly, negotiation-focused personality Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service, communication, computer, and math skills Clean driving record and valid driver’s license About Us:
