Job purpose To provide technical support geared to enhance power supply reliability, ensuring gen sets and ancillaries are well maintained and function optimally at all times in compliance with HSEQ standards Responsibilities Assist with installations and commissioning of new gen sets and associated ancillaries Coordinate and implement planned and reactive maintenance, service and repair of gen sets and associated ancillaries Attend faults and breakdowns, diagnose causes, identify and implement relevant solutions Assist with installation and commissioning of new gen sets as required Manage technicians, ensuring work is carried out properly and safely Regularly update work instructions and reinforce compliance by all Reinforce compliance with HSE policies and contribute to creating a healthy and safe working environment Custodian of work tools and equipment entrusted by the Company Requirements Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Registered with relevant bodies including Engineering Registration Board 6+ years in similar or related roles preferably manufacturing sector Excellent knowledge and skills in operations and maintenance management of electrical systems Excellent leadership, management, interpersonal and communication skills Computer literate including Ms Office apps including Word, Excel, and ERP systems Attentive to details, analytical, decisive, self motivated, with excellent time management skills
