Job Summary
Seeking a highly strategic, data-driven, and digitally native Senior E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our Shopify and TikTok Shop channels. You will own the performance and growth of our DTC, managing day-to-day operations and leading cross‑channel optimization across acquisition, conversion, and retention. In this role, you’ll oversee agency partners for Paid Media, Retention Marketing (Email/SMS), and TikTok growth, ensuring cohesive execution across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is an experienced e‑commerce operator with both strategic vision and hands‑on technical ability. You thrive on scaling systems, improving user experience, and transforming customer insights into growth‑driving initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the holistic e‑commerce growth strategy across Shopify and TikTok Shop, aligning with company revenue goals and marketing calendars.
Oversee and manage external agency partners for Paid Media, Retention Marketing, and TikTok Shop performance, ensuring efficiency, alignment, and ROI.
Partner closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to forecast sales, manage budgets, and identify scalable opportunities.
Own and optimize the Shopify Plus storefront, ensuring a seamless and conversion‑driven user experience.
Manage site merchandising, navigation, PDP optimization, CRO, and A/B testing.
Build and manage the promotional and launch calendar in alignment with marketing, influencer, and retail GTM plans.
Partner with creative and brand teams to ensure site visuals, banners, and messaging are continuously updated and on‑brand.
Lead the operations, listings, and promotional planning for TikTok Shop together with your team.
Coordinate the relationship with TikTok’s strategy, ads and account management team and continue to maintain our prominence on the platform.
Collaborate with TikTok agencies and internal teams to maximize creator partnerships, affiliate performance, and social commerce sales.
Provide insights into social commerce trends and propose platform innovations for growth.
Collaborate with the Retention Marketing agency to optimize email/SMS performance, segmentation, and automation flows.
Oversee loyalty, subscriptions, and customer lifecycle initiatives that drive retention, LTV, and brand advocacy.
Analyze retention performance and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
Own the e‑commerce analytics framework and dashboards, monitoring KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, CLV, traffic, and ROAS.
Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations.
Stay up to date on digital commerce trends, new tools, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Partner with operations to ensure accurate inventory sync, order fulfillment efficiency, and launch readiness.
Liaise with creative, influencer, and performance marketing teams to align messaging and digital experience across channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5–7 years of e‑commerce experience, within DTC beauty brands
Proven experience managing Shopify Plus and a deep understanding of its app ecosystem
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, social commerce, and affiliate‑driven sales
Experience managing external agencies and leading multi‑channel strategies (Paid Media, Retention, TikTok)
Highly analytical with proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Excel/Sheets
Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Insighta, Shopify Plus, GA4, and Asana
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Self‑starter who thrives in a VERY fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
