Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Specialist in Boston, MA.
Job Description: Leverage and analyze planning data and metrics to proactively identify and mitigate risk in the planning or execution that could impact customer service and satisfaction. Monitor and report key sales and operations planning performance indicators and performance data. Develop and produce regular and ad hoc audits, analysis and reports consolidating data from Sales & Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to track performance. Lead transformation portfolio projects within the Industrial and Process Automation planning organization. Take initiative and proactively follow through to implement high impact projects. Deliver superior customer experience by providing operational support to critical recovery efforts. Eligible for 100% remote work, reporting to company worksite in Boston, MA.
Requirements: Position requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Analytics, Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, or related field and progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience (3 years with Master’s or 5 years with Bachelor’s) in project management or customer execution, or related occupation, and experience in the following skills: 3 years developing supply chain strategies that address supply/demand gaps in support of business goals;
At least some experience in the following: Performing data analytics using advanced Excel functionalities; Independently managing projects and adhering to established deadlines; Applying Project Management Principles, including stakeholder management and RACI assignments; Using supply chain tools and systems including ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and Forecasting tools (Kinaxis, o9 or Coupa); Working in a team environment between the functions of Manufacturing, Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Finance; and Digesting complex data and information into a simplified view to support the decision-making process.
