Job Responsibilities

Support customer-facing and engineering teams in debugging complex field issues Develop tools to help quickly triage and root-cause complex WiFi and networking issues Develop framework for automatic detection of field issues, without customer involvement or prompting Basic Qualifications

Experience with Linux/Unix Bachelor's degree Experience debugging, diagnosing, and troubleshooting complex, production software issues Experience in supporting field debug of wireless and networking issues using cloud-based control systems Deep understanding of WiFi and Ethernet stacks and protocols Ability to independently design and implement experiments to isolate and root cause an issue Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
