Are you a parent of an autistic child seeking connection? Hi, I’m Tanisha (Nisha), a neurodivergent coach working with neurodivergent adults and parents of neurodivergent children. As an autistic adult, I understand the lifelong challenges and the moment of clarity diagnosis can bring. My focus is on helping clients dismantle internalized and external ableism, reconnect with their authentic selves, and navigate support and accommodations in work and daily life. I have a background in suicidology, mental health, crisis management, and am pursuing an MSW in social work. I adopt a collaborative approach, viewing you as the expert of your experiences, providing psychoeducation and confidence to live a neuro-affirming life.
