Hiring Range:
$96,200.00 - $131,476.80 Pay Range:
$96,200.00 - $149,115.20 The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Clinical Specialist is responsible for managing clinical issues related to quality, safety, reliability, improvement, and excellence within their discipline and across multiple departments. The Clinical Specialist may provide or oversee the delivery of patient care in their departments and programs. They are also responsible for the daily performance and management of employees under their supervision. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school relevant to the discipline. Current professional license in the State of Alaska appropriate to the discipline. One of the following degrees: BS or RN. Current certifications relevant to the discipline. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO, and PALS may be required for specialties. Proven proficiency in the current role within SCF or at least three years of relevant experience. Native Preference:
Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, SCF pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting, and training. Certification from SCF Human Resources is required before applicants can receive preference. Employee Health Requirements:
