Top Places to Work ! Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for desktop systems and related infrastructure at our Westpark location, including hardware, software, and network components. Coordinate and execute installations, repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities to ensure optimal functionality and performance. Facilitate the creation and management of Active Directory (AD) accounts/users and Exchange accounts/mailboxes within O365 and on-premises servers, ensuring seamless access and communication capabilities for users. Travel to our Greens Rd. location as needed to address support issues and maintain consistency across sites. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to identify and implement solutions for hardware, software, and network-related problems, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.

Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills 5-7 years of experience supporting diverse software/hardware products Proficiency in Microsoft O365 Suite, particularly OneDrive Expertise in rebuilding and configuring desktops and laptops Ability to install and manage network printers Knowledge of network protocols and shares Experience with VMWare virtualization technology is a plus Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management Competence in Outlook/Exchange for email and communication systems Understanding of Cisco VOIP systems Proficiency in managing Terminal Servers Strong troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems is a plus

Education and/or Experience Required: Bachelor's/Associate's degree in IT, CS, MIS, or equivalent work experience Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Physical Requirements: Regularly use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone Frequently sit and reach with hands and arms Occasionally stand and walk Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus
