We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Bill Pay team as a Manager of Partnerships & Growth - Bill Pay. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of MoneyGram’s Bill Pay network through new biller acquisition, negotiation of commercial agreements, and growth of existing biller relationships. The individual will work cross-functionally with Integrations, Pricing, Support, Legal, and Marketing to ensure biller launches are successful and that ongoing partnerships deliver measurable revenue growth. Responsibilities
Source and evaluate new biller opportunities across key verticals (utilities, telecom, financial services, cable/satellite, government, etc.) Lead end-to-end partnership process including outreach, pitch, proposal development, and contract negotiation Build strong external relationships with biller decision-makers and aggregator partners Contract Negotiation & Commercial Structuring
Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, fees, etc.) in alignment with internal legal and finance teams Ensure agreements are structured to balance competitiveness, profitability, and scalability Account Management & Growth
Manage assigned biller relationships, acting as the primary point of contact Develop and execute joint business plans with billers, including co-marketing campaigns and operational enhancements Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high-quality execution of biller support needs Data & Growth Analytics
Analyze transaction performance, revenue contribution, and profitability of billers Identify growth opportunities (new pricing structures, expanded use cases, CRM campaigns, dormant biller activation) Provide regular updates to leadership on performance and growth initiatives Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Partner Integrations team to prioritize and execute biller launches Coordinate with Pricing and Finance to evaluate new deals and monitor ongoing economics Work with Marketing/CRM to support consumer adoption and usage growth for biller product Qualifications
5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or strategy within financial services, fintech, payments, or consumer bill pay Strong track record of closing deals and managing commercial negotiations Excellent relationship management and communication skills, able to influence internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Looker with ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights Experience working cross-functionally with technical, operational, and legal teams Prior experience in consumer bill pay strongly preferred Location
